Concerts at Auditorio Nacional de Musica,

Madrid, Spain

01 Jan 2010 - 31 Dec 2010

The capital's Auditorio Nacional de Musica runs an exciting programme of classical music concerts throughout the year. The Auditorio was opened in 1988 to add to Spain's provision of international standard concert halls. Its Symphony Hall provides a home to the Spanish National Orchestra and Choir, and is the venue for their concert season. It also provides a provisional base for the Spanish National Youth Orchestra. Up to four concerts a day, including early and late evening performances, are held in its two concert halls, the Symphony Hall (seating capacity 2,324) and the Chamber Hall (seating capacity 692). Each year, some of the finest orchestras and musicians in the world perform here.
