Proving that Britain really is passionate about the quality of its food, over 150,000 people attend this ever-growing exhibition in Bristol's Harbourside area. With information and exhibitions on everything from growing your own organic vegetables to some of the best independent producers in the country, this event is dedicated to the many joys of organic food and produce. There are plenty of opportunities to rub shoulders with top class chefs with the likes of Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Mitch Tonks and Rick Stein having attended in the past. The Festival Fringe adds a little humour to proceedings with such acts as the Vienna Vegetable Orchestra entertaining the crowds.
