The International Arts Carnival offers one of the most fascinating series of programmes and activities on offer in the summer in Hong Kong. The event features a wide array of acts ranging from acrobats to musicians, to dancers and clowns and puppets, to name but a few. There are also workshops, exhibitions, guided tours of cultural venues and entertainment for the whole family.
