Established in 2002, the Tribeca Film Festival showcases hundreds of films from around the world. It also features talk panels with actors, directors and producers, film premieres, a family festival and a drive-in hosting a series of outdoor screenings. The festival, which always takes place in the spring, shows feature films, shorts and documentaries and is a popular event with New Yorkers and visitors alike.
