During the California International Antiquarian Book Fair in February each year around 200 members of the Antiquarian Booksellers' Association of America and the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers descend on Los Angeles to exhibit books. Printed texts and manuscripts from the last 500 years, some of which predate Gutenberg, are usually available for purchase. Highly sought-after first editions of novels and other literary works are also up for sale. Exhibitors will come from all around the world. The book fair often includes a number of seminars as well.
