Fourth of July Celebrations,

United States

04 Jul 2010

On 4 July, 1776, America claimed its independence from Britain. The Fourth of July is one of the biggest holidays of the year. Each year Americans celebrate that freedom and independence with family get-togethers, special day trips, barbecues and picnics. Special organised events include pageants, parades, festivals, concerts, and - typically, spectacular fireworks displays. No matter where you are in the States, there is sure to be some form of celebration.
