Raced at one of Europe's premier tracks, the York Races season runs from May to October and is an integral part of the UK's horseracing scene. Some of the biggest races held here include the renowned Ebor Festival in August and the popular October Meeting, the finale of the season.

Getting There

Road: York Racecourse is just outside the city of York with good motorway links on the M1 and A1. For certain meetings a special traffic plan may apply.
Rail: York Station is approximately 1.6km (1 mile) from York.
Racecourse and special shuttle buses run from the city and the station to the course on race days.
