San Francisco Half Marathon -

The San Francisco Half Marathon is a RRCA State Championship certified 21km (13 mile) course, rated the most scenic half marathon in the country by Runner's World. A 5km (3 mile) Fun Run (or walk...) starts at the same time from the same location, and ends at the same location as the half marathon. All participants receive a commemorative long sleeve T-shirt and a goodie bag. At the end of the main event there is an awards ceremony, a souvenir sweatshirt pick-up, and free foot checks for those that need them. Scenic stretches of the course include Golden Gate Park and Stow Lake.

Both races start 0800.

Where?

Urban road circuit

Starts John F Kennedy and Stow Lake Drive in Golden Gate Park. Finishes by Great Highway on Martin Luther King Drive

Getting There

Limited parking at Great Highway and Fulton. Free shuttles to the start.

How Much?

Free to spectate.
