Each year musicians, bands and fans from around the world descend on the beautiful mountain town of Montreux on the banks of Lake Geneva for the annual Jazz Festival. Situated at the foot of the Alps, Montreux is a truly great location for an event that in the past has attracted such music greats as Miles Davis, Count Basie and Bob Dylan. The musical programme has expanded over the years and now includes everything from reggae to rap. Founded in 1967, the Montreux Jazz Festival has established itself as one of the biggest and best-loved music festivals in Europe.

Road: The car parks and shuttle service are free of charge every day between 1800-0400 and until 0500 on Fris and Sats.
