Celebrating all that's great about food and drink, each October the city of Sydney hosts Good Food Month during which visitors can experience a whole programme of food- and drink-related events and entertainment. All establishments featured in the city's celebrated Good Food Guide publication are invited to participate in the celebration with events ranging from children's cookery classes to cocktail tasting sessions. Many participating bars and restaurants also offer special menus for the duration of the festival. One of the most popular aspects of the show is the Night Noodle Markets which are held over various weekends in Hyde Park. A great event that appeals to food and drink lovers from all over the world.
