Royal Easter Show,

One of the biggest annual events in the country, Sydney's Royal Easter Show is a two-week extravaganza that celebrates Australia's rich and diverse cultural identity. Each year, thousands of competitors representing different aspects of Australia's agricultural industries enter animals into various competitions allowing visitors to get an unprecedented insight into these fascinating worlds. With a great mix of trade stands, food and drink stalls, children's entertainment, stage shows and live music, each year close to 1 million people attend the show during its two-week duration.

Getting There

Rail: CityRail operates regular services to and from Olympic Park Station, Sydney Olympic Park: Olympic Park Sprint operates between Lidcombe and Olympic Park Station at 20 minute intervals. Direct services between Central Station and Olympic Park Station, weekdays only.
Bus: Route 525 - Parramatta Station to Burwood Station via Olympic Park Station, Rydalmere, UWS Nepean Campus and Newington.
