The Echo festival has been designed to give local and visiting ramblers a structure in which to sample the scenic delights of the Southern Coromandel Peninsula. The walks attract people into the region and introduce them to the countryside, the businesses and attractions on offer in this stunning location. Within this scenic corner of North Island are such standout features as the magnificent Karangahake Gorge, Wairongomai, the Kaimai Ranges and Waihi Beach.
