This outdoor music event, the only one of its kind in New Zealand, supports local artists and the New Zealand music industry. Budding jazz, blues and other musicians perform to large summer audiences. Food plays second fiddle to the music, but only just, because there are many alfresco dining options among Mission Bay's restaurants while Selwyn Reserve, only a short walk away, offers an array of food and beverage stalls. Look out for a change of date in event of poor weather.
