This fun annual festival attracts chefs, restaurant critics and food lovers from around the world for a gastronomic celebration. Master chefs travel to Vallarta to join resident chefs in many of the city's top restaurants for this culinary showcase. Each night of the festival, the chefs work together to present customised menus containing many a delectable treat. The highlight of the event is the Expo-Forum which includes cooking classes, food seminars and a gourmet food fair where visitors can buy delicacies from all over the world.
