Raja Muda International Regatta ,

Selangor, Malaysia

01 Nov 2010 - 30 Nov 2010 Date to be confirmed

Launched in 1990, the annual Raja Muda International Regatta includes a series of races in a number of different classes including racing, cruiser, multi-hull, classic and - newly introduced in 2006 - a vintage class for pre-1950 yachts. Hopping between the islands of Pangkor, Penang and Langkawi on Malaysia's west coast, this has to rank as one of the best regattas in the world. There's a really sociable atmosphere running throughout the event with plenty of other entertainment and attractions on offer, including an informal fishing tournament.
