Taking place on consecutive weekends at the height of summer, Portugal once again gets ready to rock in the name of world peace at Lisbon's beautiful Bela Vista Park. Featuring some of the best rock bands and performers from around the world, this hugely popular event attracts music fans from across Portugal and beyond. The festival encompasses a broad spectrum of musical genres and there are six different areas and tents including a Kids' Zone with special activities for younger visitors. But there is more to the event than just entertainment with the festival promoting its message of fighting for a “Better World”. And to this aim, a proportion of the profits raised by the event are donated to charities and welfare projects.
