The students of the Potsdam Film and TV College (HFF) present a festival of low budget and non-professionally produced films each year in spring. More than 150 movies from all over the world are screened in a festival whose title 'SehSuchte' is a play on the German words for 'see' and 'aspirations'. The festival is rounded out with discussions, workshops, script readings and parties. SehSuchte acts as a platform for the creative exchange of ideas among students and film professionals of all nationalities.
