A semi classic cycle race, the 'Rund um den Henninger-Turm' (Around the Henninger Tower), takes in Frankfurt and the Taunus Mountains, attracting top names in the sport. Also known as the Frankfurt Grand Prix, the race, which includes several steep climbs, starts and finishes at Darmstadter Landstrasse outside the Henninger Tower, a prominent grain silo of the Henninger brewery.
