Bus: 1, 4, 26, 59, 68, 76, 77, 168, 171, 172, 176, 188, 211, 243, 341, 381, 501, 507, 521, X68 and the Riverside Bus (RV1) all stop at or close to The Royal National Theatre.
Foot/Bike: The South Bank is easily reached on foot and there are bike racks on Theatre Square.
