Berlin Air Show,

Berlin provides one of the world's biggest aerospace exhibitions with a flight display of world class flight simulators and much more. The show consists of 12 exhibition halls, a conference and media centre and a huge static display of aircraft, attracting more than 100,000 trade visitors. The displays by international air forces include those of the USA, with several service aircraft; the Patrouille Suisse with the F-5 Tiger and the Patrouille de France flying the German/French Alpha Jet. There are demonstrations of parachute jumping, micro-light aircraft and gliders, and freestyle aerobatics. There are also displays of historic and vintage aircraft

Getting There

Road: Approximately 20km (13 miles) south of city centre (direction Dresden).
Bus: Nos 163, 171 run services to and from the airport.
