Just before Christmas, what could be nicer than a bowl of Migas in festive surroundings? Migas is a traditional Andalucian peasant dish, consisting of breadcrumbs fried in olive oil with small pieces of mutton. They cook it in great cauldrons in the main square and offer it with a glass of local wine and a portion of 'ensaladilla', to residents and visitors alike.
