For the 'Feria Goyesca de Pedro Romero' the participants dress up in the traditional 18th-19th century costume of the bull ring. For men, 'snug' might better describe the outfits - black trousers, short grey jackets and an immaculate, broad brimmed hat. This fair is renowned for its headline bullfight in which even the matadors toreros wear the costume of the style immortalised in the paintings of Goya. Before the bullfight there is a costume parade with horse-drawn carriages, through the town and ending at Ronda's historic bull ring, in the middle of the arena.
